Career Map (A Unit of Identity Group) is looking for passionate and self-driven individuals to join our team as Career Counsellors.
🎓 Eligibility:
Applications are also welcome from any
Postgraduate candidates or PG degrees in English, Sociology, Economics, Political Science, or MBA can apply
Postgraduates in Psychology preferred (70%+ career score).
💼 Experience: 0–1 Year(Any PG - Fresher are preferable )
📍 Location: Bhubaneswar
📄 Mode: Two-year contractual engagement, followed by confirmation as a full-time employee
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Assist students in exploring career opportunities across Science, Commerce, Arts, Vocational, Competitive, and Neutral domains.
• Conduct one-on-one career counselling sessions under the guidance of senior counsellors.
• Administer and interpret psychometric assessments to evaluate students’ interests, personality, and aptitude.

✔ Must have strong English communication skill
✔ Presentation & counseling skills
✔ Research & content development
✔ MS Excel, PowerPoint & Google Drive
✔ Event management & student engagement
