🔹 Role: Business Technology Operations Engineer (Kafka L1 & L2)
📍 Location: Mumbai / Hyderabad
⏰ Support Window: 24x7
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Monitor Kafka ecosystem – Brokers, Topics, Zookeeper, Connect, KSQL, Schema Registry & Control Center
✅ Perform server, cluster, producer/consumer, replication & partition health checks
✅ Monitor infrastructure – CPU, Memory, Storage, Network, Disk Space & APM tools (Dynatrace)
✅ Handle incidents, alerts, troubleshooting & escalations
✅ Support platform upgrades, patching & maintenance
✅ Maintain SOPs, incident reports & configuration records
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
✔ Basic understanding of Kafka, Linux & Infrastructure Monitoring
✔ Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
✔ Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment
