Business & Operations Intern

We’re hiring someone who gets irritated by chaos — and then fixes it.

The official title is Business & Operations Intern.

But honestly? We’re looking for a NINJA.

Someone who can walk into a fast-moving healthcare ecosystem, understand what’s happening quickly, connect the dots, and start building.

You could be:

• Mapping a hospital journey in the morning
• Breaking down a readiness report by afternoon
• Coordinating with Doctors, MDs, Nursing and HR teams
• Preparing and launching a workshop the following week
• Building a tracker that keeps the whole madness moving
• Following up until things actually get done
This is not an internship where you wait for someone to give you a task.

We want someone who observes → understands → organizes → executes.
