Business Growth Partner
We’re hiring our first Business Growth Partner at MyWebSpace Technologies
I am looking for a driven, hungry, and ethical professional to join me as a Business Growth Partner.
At MyWebSpace, we aren't just selling software—we are architecting AI-powered Business Operating Systems for schools, hospitals, and retail businesses. We help institutional leaders move from manual, fragmented operations to intelligent, automated, and scalable workflows.
This is not a desk job. I am looking for a partner to be the face of our AI transformation in their local business community.
The Role:
Identify and consult with business owners/principals on their operational inefficiencies.
Showcase how our AI-driven systems (Business OS) save time and eliminate "business leakage."
Represent our vision with authority and integrity.
Who I’m looking for:
You have excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships.
You are comfortable with technology and have a smartphone/laptop.
You are tired of "standard" sales roles and want to join a fast-growth AI firm where you have real ownership.
Why join us? You will be working directly under my mentorship, leveraging my 32 years of experience in educational leadership and strategic operations to build your own career in the high-growth AI consultancy sector.

Interview advice
Going for the Marketing role at MyWebSpace Technologies? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Bring one campaign or content idea you would run for them in week one — showing initiative beats listing tools you have heard of.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
