A race to catch up.

That was the headline I came across while going through today’s The Hindu, talking about how quickly the global AI landscape is evolving.

And it felt oddly familiar.

Because AI is moving so fast that almost everyone is trying to catch up—companies, products, even entire countries.

But the real gap isn’t between those who know the buzzwords and those who don’t.

It’s between knowing the words and having the scars.

That gap is what I spend my days looking for now.

Somewhere along the way, through conversations with the team and the chemistry of turning ideas into stories, I realised that building AI isn’t just about technology. It’s about the people building it, the experiments that fail, the moments that work, and the stories that emerge from all of it.

It is genuinely the most interesting work I have ever done.

And we’re growing.

So, we’re looking for a Business Development & Social Media Intern at our Kochi office.

Not someone who simply schedules posts.

We’re looking for someone who is curious about AI, enjoys storytelling, and wants to be part of building something from the inside.

• Create engaging content for LinkedIn and social media.
• Work closely with the leadership team on AI-driven initiatives.
• Learn about business development, outreach, and brand building.
• Gain hands-on exposure to the AI and SaaS industry.
