VPP Realtech is a Pune-based real estate advisory firm specializing in exclusive sole-selling mandates for developers and independent advisory for homebuyers. We are a mandate and advisory firm working closely with developers across Pune’s key micro-markets.

About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, presentable, and persuasive Business Development Intern to be our on-ground representative with prospective developer clients. You’ll be the first point of contact who turns a cold prospect into a warm meeting with our founders.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit developer offices in person (PCMC, Baner, Wakad, Moshi, West Pune and other micro-markets) to meet decision-makers for upcoming/ongoing projects
• Present VPP Realtech’s value proposition confidently and professionally in face-to-face meetings
• Build initial rapport and trust with developers, understand their project stage and requirements
• Convert on-ground conversations into confirmed meetings with the founder/partner
• Maintain a structured log of visits, contacts made, and follow-up status (CRM/sheet reporting)
• Coordinate scheduling between developers and the leadership team

Who We’re Looking For

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable walking into a developer’s office unannounced or on a scheduled visit and holding a confident conversation
• Well-groomed, professional presentation — you’re representing the firm’s brand in every meeting
• Basic understanding of (or strong willingness to learn) real estate sales/broking, RERA basics, and Pune’s developer landscape
• Own two-wheeler preferred (extensive local travel across Pune/PCMC)
• Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed) — any stream; real estate/marketing/business background is a plus
• Street-smart, persistent, target-driven attitude — not afraid of rejection
