Business Development Intern
PUZZLES IS HIRING: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INTERN.
We're looking for someone who can help us bring great clients through the door.
Puzzles is growing, and we're looking for a Business Development & Sales Intern to help us connect with brands, creators, agencies, and businesses that need better content.
You'll be responsible for:
→ Finding potential clients
→ Starting conversations
→ Building relationships
→ Following up
→ Booking meetings
→ Helping turn leads into clients
This isn't a role for someone who just wants to send DMs all day. We're looking for someone who's hungry, confident, curious, persistent, and genuinely interested in sales. You don't need years of experience. You need the willingness to learn, experiment, hear “no,” and keep going.
If you think you'd be a good fit, comment down below.

Interview advice
Going for the Sales role at Puzzles? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
