We’re hiring Business Development Interns to join our team in Bangalore! 🎯
📍 Location: Koramangala, Bangalore – Work From Office
💼 Role: Business Development Intern
💰 Stipend: ₹25,000/month (In-hand) + Up to ₹25,000 Incentives
🍱 Food Allowance: ₹200/day
📅 Working Days: 6 days/week with rotational weekly offs
⏰ Shifts: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM / 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM
🔹 What You’ll Do
• Connect with local businesses such as restaurants, hotels, warehouses, etc.
• Explain our data collection program and build business partnerships.
• Handle business verification and onboarding.
• Follow up with businesses and maintain strong relationships.
• Actively contribute to the end-to-end onboarding process — this role is more than just calling!
🔹 Who We’re Looking For
✅ Good communication skills in English
✅ Confident and comfortable speaking with businesses
✅ Willingness to learn and grow in Sales/Business Development
✅ Freshers are welcome to apply
✅ Candidates should currently be looking for a job and should not be pursuing studies or working elsewhere
✅ Immediate joiners preferred
✅ Must be based in Bangalore and comfortable working from office

Interview advice
Going for the Sales role at Instawork? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
