Open Roles:
Business Development (BD) Intern - 2 openings Identify and connect with prospective clients, run outreach, and help build our client pipeline. Prior experience in ESG/compliance needed - just strong communication skills and persistence.
Research, Content & Operations Intern — 1 opening Research target companies and regulatory triggers, write compliance content that helps businesses understand what they need, and keep our BD operations running smoothly.
Location: Mumbai (On-site) 🕒 Duration: 6 months, full-time 💰 Stipend

Going for the Sales role at ECS? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
