Bechnaseekho is looking for an energetic Business Development & Corporate Partnerships Intern who will work with us to grow our network of hiring companies across India.

🎯 What will you work on?

🔹 Identify companies that are actively hiring
🔹 Connect with HRs, Talent Acquisition teams, Founders & Recruiters
🔹 Reach out to potential companies through LinkedIn, email and calls
🔹 Introduce CareerSync and our recruitment solutions
🔹 Generate meetings with potential corporate clients
🔹 Bring new hiring requirements / recruitment mandates
🔹 Assist with recruitment vendor empanelment
🔹 Maintain and follow up with prospective companies
🔹 Help onboard companies onto CareerSync

💡 Who can apply?

✅ Students / Fresh Graduates
✅ Good communication and convincing skills
✅ Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach, calls and emails
✅ Interested in Business Development, B2B Sales, HR or Recruitment
✅ Self-motivated and willing to learn

What matters more is your ability to communicate, learn, research companies and create opportunities.

💰 Stipend: Fixed Stipend + Performance-Based Incentives
