Connect with potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and calls
Schedule meetings with prospective clients
Build and maintain client relationships
Assist in business development and sales strategies
Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client hiring requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident and persuasive personality
Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn
Basic knowledge of MS Office and LinkedIn
