We're looking for a Business Development Executive (Fresher to 1 Year of Experience) to join our team.
๐ ๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: Web Brain Infotech, IP Extension, Hasanpur Village, Delhi
๐ผ ๐๐ผ๐ฏ ๐ง๐๐ฝ๐ฒ: Full-Time (Onsite)

๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ: Freshers to 1 Year
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
- Communicate with international clients in the UK, USA, and Europe.
- Understand client requirements through phone calls and virtual meetings.
- Generate leads and handle the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Sell Web Development, Mobile App Development, and SEO services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Good English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and documentation.
- Passion for sales and business development.

Going for the Sales role at Web Brain Infotech? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" โ resilience is most of what they are testing.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions โ Situation, Task, Action, Result โ so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
