🎯 What We're Looking For
Business Development Executive (BDE):
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to generate leads and build client relationships
Experience in sales or business development is preferred
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
Domestic IT Recruiter:
Experience in domestic recruitment is preferred (Freshers with excellent communication can also apply)
Good understanding of sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
