About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Business Development Executive to join our team at Swanix Tech. You will be responsible for driving business growth, building vendor networks, and managing IT staff augmentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, onboard, and manage vendors, partners, and IT staffing clients.
Handle end-to-end staff augmentation requirements (bench candidate placement & client coordination).

Generate new leads through cold outreach, email marketing, and professional networking.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to fulfill client requirements seamlessly.

Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and vendors.

Key Requirements:
Basic understanding of Staff Augmentation, IT hiring models, or Vendor Management.

Strong verbal and written communication skills (English).

Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.

basic familiarity with IT skill sets and tech stacks is a plus.

Freshers or interns or professionals with up to 1 year of experience in IT BDE / IT Staffing.
