⭐ Experience in HR Consultancy, Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, or Business Development will be an added advantage.
🕒 Working Hours:
• 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM OR
• 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM
📅 Working Days:
• 6 Days a Week
• 2nd & 4th Saturday Off
💰 Salary: Based on Experience & Interview Performance
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and networking
• Connect with potential clients and understand their hiring requirements
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure successful closures
• Achieve business development and revenue targets

Going for the Sales role at PracWorld HR Consultancy? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
