Role: Business Development Executive
Department: Inside Sales
Experience: Freshers to 1 year
Salary: ₹18,000–₹35,000 per month + attractive incentives
Working Days: 6 days a week
Eligibility:
• Any graduate
• Proficiency in English and a regional language
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in sales, counselling and customer engagement
Key Responsibility:
Connect with prospective students, understand their career goals and guide them towards the right professional course through consultative sales.

Interview advice
Going for the Sales role at NorthStar Academy? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
