Key Requirements
✅ Experience in International BPO or International Business Development
✅ Hands-on experience in a Blended Process (Voice + Email/LinkedIn Outreach)
✅ Mandatory experience in B2B Cold Calling for US & European markets
✅ Strong lead generation and prospecting skills
✅ Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo for outreach
✅ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
✅ Ability to build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
✅ Target-oriented with strong negotiation and client engagement skills

- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
