We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (IT Pre-Sales) to generate leads, identify business opportunities, and support the sales pipeline for software development and digital transformation services.

#Key Responsibilities
-Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Upwork,  email campaigns, and other channels.
-Research potential clients and identify business opportunities.
-Initiate conversations with prospects and schedule discovery meetings.
-Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams.
-Prepare proposals, presentations, and capability documents.
-Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
-Follow up with leads and nurture long-term client relationships.
-Achieve monthly lead generation and meeting targets.

#Required Skills
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Experience in IT services sales or lead generation.
-Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and  CRM tools.
-Strong understanding of software development services.
-Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

#Preferred

-Experience in international client handling.
-Knowledge of mobile apps, web development, AI, and   cloud services.
-Proficiency in CRM Platforms (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
-Experience with Proposal Writing and RFP/RFQ Responses.
-Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, and Other   B2B Lead Generation Platforms.
-Basic Understanding of Web Application Development (React, Angular, Next.js).
-Basic Understanding of Mobile App Development (Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native).
-Basic Knowledge of Backend Technologies (Node.js, PHP, Python, Java, .NET).
-Basic Understanding of Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
-Basic Knowledge of AI/ML, Generative AI, and  Automation Solutions.
-Basic Understanding of SaaS, ERP, CRM, and Enterprise  Applications.
