🎯 1. Sales / Business Development Executive (BDE)
📍 Location: Surat (Field Role – within 100 KM radius)
🎓 Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA Preferred)
💼 Experience: Fresher / 1–3 Years

🔹 Key Responsibilities & Highlights:
✅ Field sales in industrial areas (Pandesara, Hazira, Vapi, Ankleshwar, etc.)
✅ Client acquisition & B2B business development

🌞 2. Site Engineer
📍 Location: Surat, Gujarat
🎓 Qualification: Electrical Degree / Diploma
💼 Experience: Minimum 2 Years

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Supervision & execution of rooftop solar projects
✅ Site visits & project monitoring
✅ BOM preparation & verification
✅ Rooftop solar design using *SketchUp & Arka 360*
✅ Coordination with installation teams for timely execution
✅ Cable sizing, electrical calculations & layout understanding
✅ Project progress reporting & material tracking
✅ Ensuring quality & safety standards at site

🔹 Requirements:
✔ Experience in rooftop solar installation & commissioning
✔ Knowledge of DC/AC systems & solar components
✔ Experience in solar design & shadow analysis
✔ Ability to manage multiple sites
✔ Willingness to travel for site visits

⭐ #Preferred: Experience in industrial & commercial rooftop solar projects and knowledge of net metering/DISCOM processes.
