📌 Role: Business Development Executive
📍 Location: Lane 7, Koregaon Park, Pune (Work from Office)
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 (Freshers & Experienced)
⚡ Joining: Immediate joiners only — should not be currently employed, able to join within the week
What you'll do:
✅ Generate leads and reach out to potential clients
✅ Pitch our recruitment/hiring solutions
✅ Close sales and onboard new clients
✅ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery

Going for the Sales role at Impulse Consultancy? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
