We are urgently hiring a dynamic & result-oriented Business Development Executive who is passionate about sales, client acquisition, and business growth.

📍 Location: Jaipur
🕒 Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
📆 Working Days: Monday to Saturday
💼 Job Type: Full-Time | Field + Office Role

🔹 Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

💼 Experience: Fresher to 3 Years (Minimum 6 months preferred)
💰 Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹4 LPA (Based on experience & performance)

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Generate new business through field visits, meetings & networking
✔ Identify prospects and convert leads into clients
✔ Build and maintain strong client relationships
✔ Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets
✔ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

✅ Candidate Requirements:

✔ Strong communication & negotiation skills
✔ Comfortable with field sales & client meetings
✔ Must have own vehicle (2-wheeler/4-wheeler)
✔ Must have personal laptop
✔ Target-driven, self-motivated & disciplined
✔ Prior sales/B2B experience preferred
