Business Development Executive
I'm looking to hire a Business Development Executive for my team at Digital Marketing Sage (Noida Sector 62, on-site).
This isn't a hardcore sales-closing role. I'm looking for someone who's genuinely good at talking to people, following up without being pushy, and making sure interested leads don't slip through the cracks.
A big part of the role will be:
- Calling and following up with leads
- Talking to prospects on WhatsApp and email
- Booking meetings on my calendar
- Keeping TeleCRM updated and organized
- Making sure people actually show up for scheduled meetings
We're a digital marketing company that works with businesses across India on SEO, websites, paid ads, and content marketing. As we grow, I need someone who can take ownership of the lead management process and keep things moving.
If you've spent 1–2 years in sales, telecalling, customer-facing roles, lead generation, or business development and you're comfortable speaking with people every day, I'd love to hear from you.
Location: Noida Sector 62 (On-site)

Interview advice
Going for the Sales role at Digital Marketing Sage? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
