-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Familiarity with social media and freelance platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
-An active, confident, and energetic personality
-Strong interest in business development, lead generation, and client interaction
-Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
-Ability to proactively identify and approach potential clients
-Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
-Generate and identify new business opportunities
-Find and connect with potential clients through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other platforms
-Communicate with prospects and understand their requirements
-Assist in lead generation and maintaining client relationships
-Follow up with prospects and support the sales process

Going for the Sales role at Codes For Tomorrow? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
