Job Description:-

We are hiring a Business Development Executive for Kolkata and Howrah location to handle AMC renewals and sales of new fire protection systems.

Daily Responsibilities:-

1. Field sales of fire alarm, hydrant, and suppression systems for new projects

2. Renew and upsell Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) with existing clients

3. Generate new leads from builders, contractors, and facility managers

4. Conduct site visits, prepare quotations, and close deals

5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:-

1. 0 to 3 years of experience in Fire Safety, MEP, or Security Systems sales. Any prior experience in field sales from other industries will also be considered.

2. Proven experience in B2B field sales and AMC renewals.

3. Own two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).

4. Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali.
