We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Business Executives to join a leading software OEM in Kolkata.
If you are passionate about B2B sales, enterprise software, ERP, CRM, or business technology solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
i) Generate new business opportunities through field sales, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
ii) Meet business owners, CXOs, and decision-makers to understand their business requirements.
iii) Present and demonstrate software solutions to prospective customers.
iv) Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
v) Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
vi) Coordinate with the implementation and support teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
vii) Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
viii) Develop long-term customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile:
A] 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development from Software Industry.
B] Experience in ERP, CRM, HRMS, Accounting Software, SaaS, or IT Solutions will be preferred.
C] Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven with a passion for meeting customers and achieving targets.
D] Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).
