💼 Key Responsibilities
• Connect with prospective students through outbound calls.
• Understand student aspirations and educational requirements.
• Qualify enquiries generated through marketing campaigns.
• Explain academic programs and guide students through the admission journey.
• Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve enrolment goals.
🎯 Requirements
• Recent graduate from any discipline.
• Excellent verbal communication in Tamil.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
• Prior sales or customer-facing experience is an added advantage.

Going for the Sales role at Varman Innovation Labs? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
