Urban Company is expanding its Business Development team, and we're looking for motivated professionals who are passionate about sales, client engagement, and business growth.
📍 Location: Hinjewadi, Baner & Wakad, Pune
💰 Salary: ₹22,000–₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives
🎓 Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)
⏰ Immediate Joiners Preferred
What You'll Do:
✔ Generate new business opportunities
✔ Acquire and onboard partners/customers
✔ Conduct field visits in assigned territories
✔ Build strong client relationships
✔ Achieve business targets and contribute to team growth

Going for the Sales role at Urban Company? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
