💼 What You'll Do
* Generate and qualify leads
* Connect with founders and business owners
* Pitch StartupFlora's consultancy services
* Build strong client relationships
* Achieve monthly sales targets
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best client experience
✅ Eligibility
* Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Management, or related field)
* Freshers intrested in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
* Knowledge of startups or government funding is an added advantage
💰 Compensation
CTC : 20-30k fixed + incentives per month Freshers

Going for the Sales role at StartupFlora? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
