Business Development Associate
If calling doesn't scare you — we need to talk.
We're hiring a Business Development Associate
who actually enjoys picking up the phone
and making things happen.
Not someone who calls when they feel like it.
Someone who calls because that's how they're wired.
Here's what we're looking for —
→ 1–2 years of hardcore calling experience
→ BD or inside sales background
→ Someone who takes a "no" and dials the next number
→ Based in or open to Madipakkam, Chennai
What you get —
→ Salary up to ₹30,000/month
→ A team that values hustle over hierarchy
→ Real BD exposure — not just script reading
If you know someone who fits this,
tag them below.
If this is you,
drop your resume in the DMs or comment "Interested."
Let's build something together.

Interview advice
Going for the Sales role at Geetha Venkatachalam? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Expect a role-play: be ready to pitch a product in two minutes and to keep going politely after a "no" — resilience is most of what they are testing.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
