* Handle customer enquiries via phone & email
* Assist in preparing quotations and sales orders
* Follow up on POs, quotations & payments
* Coordinate with suppliers, stores & accounts teams
* Track dispatch & delivery schedules
* Maintain sales reports & documentation
* Support sales engineers with day-to-day tasks

What we're looking for:
* Good communication & interpersonal skills
* Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Willingness to learn ERP/software systems
* A proactive attitude and eagerness to multitask
* Any Qualification
