• Understand and gather client requirements

• Assist in lead generation through LinkedIn, networking & outreach
• Support client communication and relationship management
• Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams
• Understand technology hiring requirements and map solutions
• Assist with proposals, client presentations & business documentation
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Track leads, profiles, interviews, feedback & closures
• Learn CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator & ATS tools
