What You'll Do
✅ Analyze customer and operational data to identify trends, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
✅ Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal teams and client stakeholders.
✅ Support data-driven decision-making and performance tracking within the Customer Success team.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver business insights.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications
