About GRT Global Logistics
GRT Global Logistics is a Mumbai-based international freight forwarder and logistics company. We are currently building a world-class in-house ERP platform to streamline Sales, Operations, CRM, Accounts, Finance, and other core business functions.
What You'll Do
As a Business Analyst Intern, you'll work closely with our ERP project team to understand business processes, gather requirements, document workflows, and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the development team.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Gather and document business requirements across departments.
✅ Prepare BRDs, user stories, process flows, wireframes, and functional documentation.
✅ Support Agile activities including JIRA updates, sprint planning, and backlog management.
✅ Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
✅ Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and feature validation.
✅ Identify opportunities for process improvements as the ERP evolves.
We're Looking For
✔ Strong analytical and communication skills.
✔ Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
✔ Exposure to JIRA, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools is a plus.
✔ Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
✔ Ability to join immediately.
Good to Have
• Exposure to Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain Operations.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems or Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with Draw.io, Figma, Visio, or similar process mapping tools.
