• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations highlighting key findings and trends
• Conduct research on industry trends, customer behavior, and operational performance
• Recommend data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and business outcomes
• Monitor and track the implementation of approved recommendations across teams
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and trackers using Google Sheets and other tools
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives
