At Ascend Management Consultants and Advisors Private Limited, we're looking for a Business Analyst Intern to join our intensive 2-year internship program in Chennai.
This is not a conventional internship.
You'll work directly on:
✅ Scaling mid-sized businesses
✅ Business growth and transformation projects
✅ Capital raising and fundraising assignments
✅ Deal structuring and transaction support
✅ Financial reporting and operational management
You'll gain exposure to real businesses, real transactions, and real decision-making from Day 1.
What we're looking for:
✔️ Fresh graduates from any stream with a strong academic background
✔️ Excellent communication skills
✔️ Passion for entrepreneurship and business growth
✔️ Working knowledge of Tally or accounting software (preferred), not mandatory
What we offer:
💰 Stipend: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
📍 Location: G N Chetty Road, T. Nagar, Chennai
📅 Duration: 2 Years
🎯 Direct exposure to business planning, fundraising, finance, operations, and marketing

Going for the Business Analyst role at Ascend Management Consultants and Advisors Private Limited? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
