Hotel #Superhero is looking for a #BusinessAnalyst to join our growing team.
If you enjoy working with data, solving business problems, and building reports and dashboards that drive decisions, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do : 💻
➡️ Prepare and maintain #MIS reports and business dashboards.
Analyze data using #Excel and #SQL.
➡️ Support financial reconciliation and business reporting.
Identify trends and provide actionable insights.
➡️ Work closely with leadership, Commercial, and Revenue teams.
What We're Looking For-
0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong analytical skills are welcome).
Strong Excel skills.
Basic knowledge of #SQL.
#Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with BI tools (#Metabase, #PowerBI, #Tableau, etc.) is a plus.

Going for the Business Analyst role at Hotel Superhero? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Be ready to explain how you turn a vague ask into a clear requirement: who you would talk to, what you would document, and how you would confirm you got it right.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
