Brand Operations Intern

We're hiring a Design & Brand Operations Intern.

E'Taara Living makes furniture for children's rooms — beds, tables, chairs, storage. Beautiful, ergonomic, and actually affordable for Indian families.

We're small and moving fast. Everything we make goes out with obsessive attention to detail: the product, the manual, the packaging, the photograph, the caption. Join early enough and your work is visible on all of it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

→ Assembly manuals — clean, IKEA-level, minimal text, intuitive diagrams
→ Catalogues, lookbooks, packaging artwork, labels, care cards
→ Instagram creatives, carousels, story templates
→ Website banners and product page graphics
→ Product photo retouching — colour, cleanup, shadows
→ Retailer decks and exhibition material
→ Product master sheets, marketplace listings, vendor trackers

WHAT WE NEED

Must have:
• Strong command of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop — this is the core of the job
• Comfortable in PowerPoint and Excel / Google Sheets
• A real eye for layout, spacing, type and colour — you notice when something is 2px off
• Fluent, error-free written English (you'll be proofing manuals and listings)
• Organised. Follows through without being chased.
• Already uses AI tools and is curious about new ones

Nice to have:
• Furniture, interiors, retail or D2C experience
• Basic video editing for Reels
• CorelDRAW, InDesign
• Print production basics — bleed, CMYK, die-lines, GSM

We care far more about a portfolio that shows taste and finish than about which college you're from.

DETAILS

Location: Surajmal Vihar, East Delhi
Schedule: 5 days a week, with flexible work-from-home days
Duration: 6 months, with a strong path to full-time
Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
Start: Immediate

Commute matters to us — if you're in Preet Vihar, Patparganj, Mayur Vihar, Laxmi Nagar, Anand Vihar, Vaishali, Indirapuram or Noida, even better.
