- Plan and execute branding & digital marketing campaigns
- Manage social media platforms and content promotions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams
- Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics
- Support promotional events, webinars, and brand initiatives

Interview advice
Going for the Marketing role at Connect2Learn? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Bring one campaign or content idea you would run for them in week one — showing initiative beats listing tools you have heard of.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
