What You'll Do
✔ Manage end-to-end monthly billing cycles
✔ Process payment pulls and billing adjustments in the CORE system
✔ Handle billing-related email communication with US clients
✔ Resolve billing queries and discrepancies professionally
✔ Prepare reports and maintain billing trackers in Excel
✔ Ensure timely and accurate execution of billing activities
What We're Looking For
✅ Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Formatting)
✅ Excellent written & verbal English communication
✅ High attention to detail and ownership of work
✅ Experience with US clients/BPO/KPO or billing operations is an added advantage
✅ Familiarity with ERP/Billing systems (CORE experience is a plus)
