We're looking for a BD Technical Support Associate – IT Consulting to join our team in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Screen and evaluate IT resumes against client requirements
✅ Assess technical skills across Cloud, ERP, SAP, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, and other IT domains
✅ Shortlist and rank candidates based on technical fit and availability
✅ Manage ATS records and maintain candidate databases
✅ Coordinate with recruiters and schedule screening interviews
✅ Analyze job descriptions and support candidate submissions to clients
✅ Ensure compliance with client requirements and documentation
