Eligibility:

✅ Odia Language Proficiency (Mandatory)
✅ Freshers are welcome to apply
✅ Experienced candidates with 6+ months of Voice Process/Sales experience preferred
✅ Strong communication and customer interaction skills

Compensation:

💰 Freshers: ₹18,000 CTC | ₹14,500 In-Hand
💰 Experienced (6+ Months): ₹20,000 CTC | ₹16,000 In-Hand
🎯 Attractive Monthly Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 – ₹15,000
