About the Bank
Join the Concurrent Audit Team of one of India’s leading Top 5 Private Sector Banks.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking hands-on exposure to banking operations, credit monitoring, loans & advances, regulatory compliance and internal controls.

Role Description

Conduct concurrent audit of bank branch transactions on a regular basis.
Verify cash, clearing, deposits, remittances, loans and advances.
Review sanction, documentation and disbursement of loans.
Check KYC, AML, NPA, interest and regulatory compliance.
Verify high-value, unusual and sensitive transactions.
Examine adherence to RBI and bank-specific guidelines.
Identify irregularities, control lapses and risk areas and report them promptly.
Maintain audit working papers and supporting evidence.
Prepare audit observations and periodic concurrent audit reports.
Follow up on rectification of audit observations with branch officials.
Ensure timely completion and submission of audit reports.

Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA or equivalent qualification.
Candidates with bank concurrent audit experience will be preferred.
Sound understanding of banking operations and RBI guidelines.
Knowledge of loans & advances, NPA, KYC/AML, cash and clearing operations.
Good command of MS Excel and audit documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to identify irregularities, control gaps and compliance issues.
Candidates should be willing to travel to bank branches, wherever required.
Freshers and experienced candidates can be considered based on suitability.
