We're looking for candidates with strong fundamentals in software engineering and a genuine interest in backend development. Prior internship experience is not mandatory, but candidates who have previously worked with engineering teams and understand development workflows will have an added advantage.

Going for the Software Engineer role at Baazi Games and SportsBaazi? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Revise core data structures and be ready to explain the logic in your best project line by line — interviewers care more about how you reason than which language you used.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
