We are an early-stage company building digital platforms and AI applications for the renewable energy sector, and we have 11 openings: 5 full-time roles and 6 internships.
Full-time (2–5 years): Frontend, Backend, AI · Vision, AI · LLMs & Automation, UI/UX Design
Internships (students, 3–6 months): the same five, plus Business & Market Research
You will work directly with the founders, on-site at our office in Pai Layout, Bengaluru. The attached PDF has the details for every role.

Going for the Software Engineer role at Rinnterra? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Revise core data structures and be ready to explain the logic in your best project line by line — interviewers care more about how you reason than which language you used.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
