Interview advice
Going for the Software Engineer role at Ai Margdarshak? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Revise core data structures and be ready to explain the logic in your best project line by line β interviewers care more about how you reason than which language you used.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally β it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something β say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions β Situation, Task, Action, Result β so your story stays clear and short.
