Ampersand International Mobility (AIM) is inviting applications from colleges/universities for our Inside Sales Internship Program, designed for students and recent graduates looking to build a career in sales and international mobility.
🔹 Role: B2C Sales Intern
🔹 Duration: 2–3 Months
🔹 Location: Delhi
🔹 Work Type: Desk-Based / Inside Sales
🔹 Fixed Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
🔹 Incentives: Applicable over and above the fixed stipend
🔹 Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
🔹 PPO: Performance-Based Pre-Placement Opportunity
💼 What Will the Intern Work On?
• Handling inbound & outbound leads
• Candidate engagement and counselling
• Pitching AIM's international career programs
• Lead follow-ups and nurturing
• Sales conversion and closing
• CRM management and data updates
• Working towards defined sales KPIs
• Coordinating with internal teams for candidate handovers
The internship provides hands-on exposure to Inside Sales, candidate counselling, CRM management, lead conversion and the international mobility industry.
🎯 Who Can Apply?

Sales | Counselling | International Education | Recruitment | Global Mobility
Prior exposure to Inside Sales, Tele-Sales, EdTech, Overseas Education or Recruitment will be an advantage.

High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time PPO with AIM based on their sales performance, lead conversion, communication, CRM discipline, ownership and overall suitability for the role.
