We are looking for a *B2B Business Development Officer* who can identify potential corporate partners, generate leads, and contribute to business expansion through strong client engagement and relationship management.

### Key Responsibilities

✅ Generate B2B leads through online platforms, LinkedIn, job portals, and networking channels
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and employers
✅ Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions to understand hiring and workforce requirements
✅ Negotiate and close business opportunities with prospective corporate partners
✅ Coordinate with internal teams to support placement and hiring initiatives
✅ Maintain accurate records of client interactions, partnerships, and business development activities through CRM and Excel reports
✅ Prepare regular MIS reports on lead generation, placements, and business performance

### What We're Looking For

✔ Experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Corporate Relations, Recruitment, or Placement Operations
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
✔ Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel
✔ Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple stakeholders
✔ Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
