📍 Position: Associate – IT
📌 Location: Sula Vineyards, Nashik
🎓 Qualification: BCA / B.Sc (IT) / BE / B.Tech (Computer Science, IT, or a related field)
💼 Experience: 0–2 Years

Key Responsibilities :
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
• Provide Level 1 (L1) support for hardware, software, Windows, and basic network issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications.
• Support hospitality software and assist users with day-to-day operational issues.
• Monitor CCTV systems and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure antivirus, Windows updates, and endpoint security compliance.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and password resets.
• Coordinate with vendors and track support tickets through resolution.
• Maintain IT assets, software licenses, and inventory records.
• Provide timely technical support to employees across departments.

Required Skills :
• Knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking.
• Familiarity with desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support requests.
