We’re hiring for our Collection Centre network across North India for multiple Associate-level roles in Sourcing & Operations.

💼 Experience: 0–4 years
📍 Locations: Multiple locations across North India
Who are we looking for?
🌱 People who enjoy working on the ground and solving real operational challenges
🤝 Strong communication and relationship-building skills
💪 High ownership and the ability to work independently
🧩 Good problem-solving and execution skills
🚗 Willingness to travel locally and work closely with farmers & field teams
Agri/Agribusiness background is preferred, but not mandatory for all roles.
What will you work on?
🌱 Farmer Sourcing
• Identify and onboard farmers
• Build strong relationships with farmer networks
• Drive sourcing of fresh produce directly from farmers
• Ensure quality, availability, and timely supply
🏭 Collection Centre Operations
• Manage day-to-day Collection Centre operations
• Coordinate procurement, sorting, grading, and packing
• Manage manpower and operational processes
• Ensure quality, productivity, and timely dispatches
