The Transacti on Risk Investigatorwillberesponsibleforvarioustasksrelatedtoinvestigatingandeliminatingonlineecommercerisk. Theidealcandidatewillhaveexperienceintheecommercepaymentsindustry, possessprevioustrustandsafetyexperience, andhaveaproventrackrecordofsuccessinacustomer-drivenworkenvironment. Thisrolerequiresstronganalyticalskillsandtheabilitytothriveinafast-pacedteamsetting. The Transacti on Risk Investigatorwillworkunderminimalsupervisionfrom the Managerandwillrelyonexcellentjudgmenttoplanandachievegoals.
Responsibilities :
• Conductinvestigationstoidentifyandmitigateonlineecommercerisk.
- Utilizeexcellentjudgmenttomakeindependentdecisionsregardingcomplextransactionsandcustomerauthentication.
- Engageinfrequentwrittenandverbalcommunicationwithdepartmentmanagement, riskanalysts, riskengineers, companyassociates, andthirdparties.
- Ensureproductivityandmaintainhighestqualityassurancestandards.
- Leveragesappropriateoperationaltoolsandapplicationstofindthedata.
- Abilitytosuccessfullynavigatewebsites.
- Understandsandadherestoworkflowdirections, SOPs.
- Performsavarietyofroutinestandardtasksinnon-voicequeueslikeemail, chatetc.
